By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 25phcom platform — whether through a web browser, mobile application, or any other interface — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including all policies referenced herein such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of 25phcom, including but not limited to registered account holders, guests browsing the platform, and any person interacting with 25phcom promotional materials or affiliated channels. The term "Platform" refers collectively to the 25phcom website, mobile interfaces, APIs, customer support channels, and all games and services offered thereunder.

25phcom reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 25phcom will notify registered players via email or on-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after any such change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Use of the 25phcom platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You must satisfy all of the criteria listed below to create an account or participate in any game or betting activity on 25phcom:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal gambling age under PAGCOR regulations applicable in the Philippines. There are no exceptions to this requirement.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of each gaming session. 25phcom serves the Philippine market under PAGCOR regulation and does not accept players from jurisdictions where such activity is prohibited by local law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 25phcom, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be listed on any exclusion register maintained by PAGCOR or any equivalent gaming regulatory body.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

To access the full range of services on 25phcom, you must register for an account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.

One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active account on 25phcom. Creating, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under aliases, or through third parties — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein. 25phcom uses device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, and KYC cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify 25phcom immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. 25phcom will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Account Transfer

Your 25phcom account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or pledged to any third party under any circumstances. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account closure.

In compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering (AML) requirements and the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA), 25phcom conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all player accounts. KYC verification may be required at any point during your account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when your account activity triggers an AML review threshold.

Required Documents

• A valid government-issued photo ID (SSS, GSIS, PhilSys National ID, Driver's License, Passport, or UMID)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certification)
• A selfie with the presented ID for liveness verification
• For withdrawals above ₱100,000: additional source-of-funds documentation may be required

25phcom will process submitted KYC documents within three (3) business days. Accounts with pending KYC verification may have withdrawal functionality temporarily restricted. 25phcom will never request your full PIN, password, or GCash MPIN through the KYC process — any such request is fraudulent and should be reported immediately.

Accepted Payment Methods

25phcom accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following PAGCOR-approved payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 25phcom does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency, or anonymous payment instruments.

Deposit Processing

GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your 25phcom wallet in real time, typically within ten (10) seconds of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to thirty (30) minutes during banking hours. 25phcom does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being complete and approved. GCash withdrawals are processed within five (5) minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day. 25phcom reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing withdrawal amounts above ₱50,000.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute against a deposit made to your 25phcom account while funds remain in your wallet or have been wagered constitutes fraud. 25phcom will pursue recovery through all available legal remedies and will report the incident to PAGCOR and the relevant financial institution.

25phcom offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and special event promotions. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions displayed at the point of offer. The following general principles apply to all 25phcom bonuses:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus amounts carry a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Game Restrictions: Not all games on 25phcom contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Live dealer games and certain high-RTP slots may contribute at a reduced percentage or may be excluded entirely from bonus play.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in your 25phcom wallet at a time. Activating a new bonus before completing or canceling an active one may result in the active bonus being voided.
• Abuse Prevention: 25phcom reserves the right to withhold or reverse any bonus — and any winnings derived therefrom — where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-variance betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, account collusion, or exploitation of promotional terms through technical means.
• Expiry: Bonus funds not wagered within the period stated in the individual promotion terms will automatically expire and be removed from the player's wallet.

All games offered on 25phcom — including slots, live dealer tables, sports betting, online sabong, and bingo — operate under specific game rules available within each game interface. By placing a bet or participating in any game on 25phcom, you confirm that you have read and accepted the relevant game rules.

Random Number Generation

All slot and RNG-based games on 25phcom use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested for fairness by accredited third-party testing laboratories. 25phcom does not manipulate game outcomes. RNG certification records are maintained in accordance with PAGCOR requirements.

Bet Settlement

Once a bet is placed and confirmed on 25phcom, it cannot be amended or cancelled. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round will be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's wallet. For sports betting markets, settlement follows the official result declared by the relevant governing sports body. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be submitted to 25phcom support within forty-eight (48) hours of the event in question.

Malfunction Policy

In the event of a system error, network failure, or game software malfunction that produces an invalid result, 25phcom reserves the right to void bets placed during the affected period. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" — this principle applies across all game categories on the platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 25phcom and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Using the 25phcom platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or financial fraud
• Exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities — any such discovery must be immediately reported to 25phcom support
• Creating or operating multiple accounts to circumvent bonus restrictions, betting limits, or account suspensions
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your eligibility during KYC verification
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 25phcom staff or other players through any platform channel
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorization
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts the normal operation of the 25phcom platform or servers

25phcom employs real-time fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with PAGCOR investigations. Players suspected of prohibited conduct may have their accounts frozen during the investigation period, with no access to deposited funds until the investigation is concluded.

25phcom is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and takes its obligations under PAGCOR's Responsible Gaming framework seriously. Gambling should always be a form of entertainment, never a means of generating income or escaping personal difficulties.

Player Protection Tools

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 25phcom players at no cost via the account dashboard, effective immediately upon activation:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours up to 6 weeks. During a cool-off, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your 25phcom account with no option to reopen it for a minimum of one (1) year. 25phcom will also notify PAGCOR of the exclusion to prevent re-registration on other regulated platforms.

All content on the 25phcom platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, brand names, graphic designs, user interface layouts, software code, game assets, promotional materials, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of 25phcom or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 25phcom platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 25phcom content without prior written authorization
• Modify, adapt, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any 25phcom software or game assets
• Use the 25phcom brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written consent
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the 25phcom platform

Any unauthorized use of 25phcom intellectual property will be pursued through legal channels under Philippine intellectual property law and applicable international treaties.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 25phcom, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, network interruption, or server downtime
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials
• Losses incurred through gambling activity on the platform, regardless of circumstance
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers such as GCash, PayMaya, or banking institutions
• Any decision made by PAGCOR or any regulatory authority that affects the platform's operation

25phcom's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their 25phcom wallet in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this section limits 25phcom's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory Philippine consumer protection or gaming regulations.

25phcom collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and the implementing rules of the National Privacy Commission. By registering on 25phcom, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration, KYC verification, and platform use is used exclusively for: account management, identity verification, regulatory compliance (including PAGCOR AML reporting), fraud prevention, customer support, and — where you have opted in — promotional communications.

25phcom does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties except where required by law, by PAGCOR regulation, or with your explicit consent. Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time. Players wishing to close their 25phcom account should contact support at [email protected]. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to your nominated payment method within five (5) business days following KYC clearance.

25phcom reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or PAGCOR-reportable conduct
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe
• Receipt of a lawful order from PAGCOR, a Philippine court, or any competent regulatory authority directing account closure
• Discovery that the account holder is ineligible under Section 2 (Eligibility) of these Terms

Where an account is closed due to a breach, 25phcom reserves the right to withhold all balances — including real-money deposits — pending the outcome of any regulatory or legal investigation.

25phcom reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect upon posting to the platform. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — 25phcom will provide advance notice of at least seven (7) days via email to your registered address or via a prominent on-platform notification.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. If you do not agree with any amended terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes. Continued use of 25phcom after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) is the primary regulatory authority overseeing 25phcom's operations.

Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute between you and 25phcom, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team at [email protected] to seek an amicable resolution. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within twenty-four (24) hours and aim to resolve it within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with 25phcom's support team, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's Player Protection Division for mediation. Both parties agree to participate in good faith in any PAGCOR-facilitated mediation process before pursuing formal legal proceedings.

For disputes that proceed to formal legal action, both parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines — the seat of PAGCOR's regulatory authority. You waive any objection to proceedings in these courts on grounds of inconvenient forum.
